Description: This is a virtual product - You are purchasing STL files for download for self-3D printing under the Creative Commons BY-NC-SA 4.0 license. Virtual Product: This is not a physical item, these are downloadable STL files. These are the print files for our GP3D Setup Station Includes individual .stl files for all the parts plus the Prusa Slicer 3mf file. If you would like to purchase the physical printed product - this will also be available very soon! :-) Select File: The dropdown lists the iteration with a date and version (if there are additional variants/updates these will be added to the drop down over time. After you select and checkout (100% discount for GP3D Members) you will receive an email with the link to download the zip file The zip files contain all the .stl files and .3mf slicer files as at that version The 3mf files are created in Prusa Slicer and hence best viewed/used in that slicer. You can open them in other slicers but please note some settings may not be persisted correctly. If you join GP3D Member Collective, there is endless discussion, tips and direct printing help in our Discord server. Printing/Assembly/Usage Recommendation: Please read the Release Notes text file contained in the download zip. PDF Assembly Manual is included in the download zip. Suggestion: I used PETG filament for printing setup station. There are colour change steps that are key to creating the degrees lines on the product. The 3mf has these configured, plus there's also an annotated diagram in the download zip. The main frame is a print in place group of 3 separate parts, after printing you should be able to slightly/gently bend the item to ensure the parts are separated and slide/rotate freely. I highly recommend apply a small amount of any type of joint grease or similar to the sliding areas to give a super smooth/free movement of the parts. Some M3 hardware items are required for assembly: M3 x30mm (+/-5mm) for attaching the Camber plate. M3 x12mm (exactly 12mm is required) for attached the Camber Gauge Panel M3 x6mm OPTIONAL for the rotation bump stop for the Camber Gauge Panel I recommend printing two sets, to use with front and rear of the car at the same time so it sits at ride rake, plus of course check/set all cambers/toe in the same process :-) IMPORTANT: the minor 'green' (or whatever colour you use!) tick lines for the degrees are at 2 degrees increments, NOT 1 degree. The major lines are 10 degrees increments and mid lines are 5 degrees increments. Refer annotated image.
