come and learn how to make the Glenn shirt Sizes small - 3XL 34' - 54' chest the glenn shirt is a classic shirt and is suitable for all body types. Learn how to make this wardrobe style for yourself or a loved one. included is full use of the sewing studio facilities sewing machines irons etc. full tuition on how to construct the garment and a paper copy of the pattern in the full size range. if you choose not to cut out your size and use the pattern for future use and sizes please bring appropriate paper to trace off your pattern. this will of course take out more time of your class so please bare this in mind. we could send out the pattern before the workshop if you choose to do this at home but please let us know if you wish to do this by messaging us via the website email. You will need to bring with you 2.5 metres of fabric for largest size and matching thread. sewing machines are provided but if you wish to bring your own please feel free to do so. we do have a small selection of shirting fabrics on the day. Recommended fabrics include Cotton, Poly Cotton, Cotton Lawn, Linen or similar fabrics, chambray, denim, velvet or corduroy. 2.5 metres Vlieseline interfacing G700 or similar medium weight woven interfacing. This will be available to purchase on the day if you choose to do so. you will need 1/2 metre for cuffs and collars in this workshop you will be guided with tuition and learn how to make the Glenn shirt. This pattern is suitable for experienced Beginner to Advanced and everyone in between. the class will start at 10 am prompt until 4pm with a lunch break on both days, unlimited tea, coffee and refreshments will be provided please bring some lunch with you or we have shops & cafes locally selling snacks etc. please note this workshop is held over two days.
