Yuzu Peru Pangoa Chocolate Cookies

Delicious cookies made with oodles of our bean-to-bar chocolate. We love yuzu in all it's forms, and that includes baked into delicious things. We've used a generous amount of freshly grated yuzu zest in our classic cookie recipe, and paired it with a special fruity Pangoa, Peruvian 70% dark chocolate. As always, finished with a pinch of Tasman Sea Salt. Consume within 5 days of receiving.
