Thursday, May 14, 6:30 pm: The Brewer & Butcher's Beef Dinner with Jamie Waldron
On Thursday, May 14, we are honoured to welcome Jamie Waldron of J. Waldron Butchers for a three-course tasting menu showcasing Jamie's skillful butchery alongside our barrel-aged beer. Dishes are prepared by our own chef Mitchell Gatschuff with Jamie and Barrel Heart brewer Mark Horsley on hand to speak to their respective crafts. Welcome Beer Acres of the Mind, Aged Wit Tenderloin Tartare Carrot Harissa Puree, Kalamata Olives, Chives, Saffron Mayo, Pringles A Farmhouse Near, Farmhouse Pale Ale Braised Short Rib Galbi Sauce, Jasmine Rice, 30-Day Kimchi, Cucumber Salad Dance Upon Plums, Aged Gose on Golden Plums Beef Tallow Dark Chocolate Grenache Pate Sablee Tart, Orange Marmalade, Candied Beef Floss Blackcurrants For Bells, Aged Saison on Blackcurrants The dishes are prepared by our own Chef Mitchell Gatschuff, with Jamie and Barrel Heart brewer Mark Horsley on hand to expand your understanding of their respective crafts. Tickets are $125 per person (tax and tip included) with one seating at 6:30 pm. Please retain your receipt as a ticket. Menu subject to change. Tickets are non-refundable.
