Designed as our first mini-length silhouette, the Jessica nightgown was created to bring a sense of ease and freedom - lighter, and effortlessly unrestrained - like the soft silhouettes of the Regency era worn in private boudoirs and quiet garden paths at dawn. Inspired by the delicate femininity of Regency-era dress, it features a softly gathered empire waistline and gentle cap sleeves that frame the shoulders with a romantic, heirloom quality. The neckline ties ever so slightly at the center, allowing for a customizable fit. Perfect for warmer nights, slow mornings, or those in-between hours when you want to feel both comfortable and undeniably beautiful. Details Mini-length nightgown with elasticized cap sleeves, drawstring neckline closure, elasticized empire waist and pockets. This style is slightly sheer - for full coverage, pair with the Lilibeth, Poesie or Calliope robe. This nightgown uses a romantic, vintage toile-inspired print featuring two muses influencing the sun and moon. Drawn in a technique inspired by vintage illustrations in antique hardcovers. Available in Sage, Midnight Forest, Petal Pink and Blue Gold. Fabric Content 100% Tencel Voile Tencel is an eco-friendly fabric made out of sustainably harvested trees. The solvents that are used to break down the wood pulp is recycled repeatedly into the manufacturing process, significantly reducing wastage and pollution than one would find in the making of similar fabrics such as viscose or rayon. The fabric is digitally printed using fewer pigments and water than used in dyeing, also resulting in less wastage and pollution. Crafted from a Tencel voile, this fabric is chosen for its ethereal lightness and breathability—an homage to antique heirloom nightgowns designed for comfort in sleep. Over time and with washing, the fibers soften beautifully, enhancing the fabric’s fluid drape and delicate hand. Garment Care Machine wash (in cold water) and dry on delicate cycles or hang to dry.
