My dogs love the lamb, chicken, bison and beef (the turkey is second tier from reaction of my two canine eaters). Lamb is a higher calorie meat so I normally give an ounce less of it to my younger dog. What I like about the lamb is that it thaws the fastest. When I don't get around to getting the patties out of the freezer and into the refrigerator until just before I go to bed, lamb is a good choice as it will be thawed by breakfast - normally I've pulled food earlier but some days I'm running late. She runs back and forth when we are preparing it. We slice it in little bits and spread it around on a dessert plate. She licks her plate clean. Every time.
