Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Bushwood Back 9 - 11 Year Old was aged 11 years in new, Char 3 oak barrels, and distilled, aged and bottled in Kentucky, USA Mash bill: 78% Corn / 13% Rye / 9% Malted Barley 100 Proof 50% ABV Tasting Notes Nose: Warmed caramel, soft vanilla overtones, oak, cinnamon, subtle hints of toasted sugar. Palate: Rich creme brûlée with a balance of custard sweetness and caramelized apples. Light oak influence provides structure without overpowering. Mouthfeel: Full-bodied and viscous, with a throaty and pleasant warmth coating the palate, creating a sense of weight and refinement. Finish: Lengthy and refined, combining complex, sweet and toasty notes through to the close.
