Ellagance Purple: This intense blue-purple variety is a Fleuroselect Gold Medal winner and great for potpourris, sachets, and floral arranging. Approx. 8"L | 1 oz. Folgate: This variety of lavandula angustifolia is a great culinary lavender if you desire to make herbes de provence. Approx: 12-14"L | 1.5 oz. Grosso: Also known as lavandin grosso, is a hybrid created by crossing two lavender species: Lavandula angustifolia (English lavender) and Lavandula latifolia (spike lavender). This hybridization results in a plant with the best qualities of both parent species. Grosso has a beautiful scent for either cut bundles or sachets and can be used as a culinary lavender.
