The Inquisitive Sampler is a curated flight of three bars that challenge the status quo, blending our signature single-origin chocolate with ingredients that provide distinct structural and flavor profiles. From the crunch of artisan bread to the velvety richness of sheep milk, this set is a celebration of the "Inquisitive" spirit. Inside this sampler, you will find: Sourdough: A cult favorite. We take locally baked, artisan sourdough and toast it until golden and crisp, folding the crumbs into our dark chocolate. The result is a malty, slightly tangy crunch with a finish of sea salt that perfectly complements the deep fruit notes of the cacao. Pistachio: A refined classic. This bar features premium toasted pistachios, offering a buttery, savory depth and a satisfying snap. It is a masterful balance of the nut’s earthy richness and the bright, acidic profile of our Peruvian beans. Sheep Milk / Dulce de Leche: Our most decadent exploration. By using high-fat sheep milk and carmelizing it into a rich dulce de leche, we’ve created a bar that is incredibly smooth and creamy. It carries notes of toasted sugar and a unique, subtle tang that sets it apart from traditional cow's milk chocolate.
