It’s the perfect time for our spring seasonal offering, Verdant. Where our Cheers seasonal blend is a celebration of gathering together before our winter retreat, think of Verdant as an invitation back into the sunshine and emergence from our cozy inner worlds. For Verdant, we aimed to source components that were familiar yet fun, and would shine in our lightest blend. We love working with pink bourbon from Colombia and knew this would be a great place to start. This season’s pink bourbon from Los Guacharos has the perfect fruity exuberance. To complement its candy-like sweetness and juicy stonefruit, we chose a freshly arrived bourbon lot from Rwanda’s Kanzu washing station, a perennial favorite. This year’s lot is sparkling with delightful citrus. Together, they create a lush and revitalizing cup.
