It can start right here, in the soil, tended by local communities. In this experience, you’ll meet the farmers and hear the stories behind this community farm. You’ll harvest ingredients like lemongrass, laksa leaves, ginger and sugarcane, then use what you’ve picked to cook your own laksa lunch and share it with the people who grew it. When you’ve met the farmers behind your food and harvested part of your own meal, freshness tastes different. Laksa becomes something new when you’ve grown part of it yourself. The distance between “farm” and “table” collapses into a single experience.
