In this intimate 45 minute guided tasting, your host will take you through chocolate’s remarkable story — from the cacao fruit to ancient xocolatl, from Italy’s gianduja to today’s craft bonbons. Each tasting is paired with rich history, sensory exploration, and the joy of discovering chocolate in its purest form. Perfect for families, friends, or curious food lovers seeking a meaningful and memorable moment of ease, this experience blends learning, indulgence, and a sense of calm in one welcoming setting. During this guided tasting, each guest will include: • A welcome drink of our signature 65% hot chocolatl • Fresh cacao fruit tasting • Cacao nibs — chocolate in its most natural form • A small jar of Citron y Cacao drink, brewed from cacao bean husk • A traditional Mayan tasting served in a small cup • Two chocolate bar flavors to sample • Gianduja tasting of two distinct flavors • Two bonbon flavors crafted with ethically sourced cacao • Still or sparkling water to cleanse the palate throughout the session.
