Certified Under – ICC ES PMG-1574 RECOMMENDED WOOD FEATURES Use dry, natural, seasoned wood with an acceptable moisture content below 20%. The wood logs shall be split in quarters and 16"-20" in length with 6-8 pieces at a time. It is recommended to buy the moisture meter to test the moisture in the firewood every time. If the moisture content is more than 20% DO NOT USE as it may result in smouldering and will cause too much of smoke.
