Mipro OCS, Multi-Type Object Controller

Multi-Type Object Controller for centralised systems Mipro OCS (Object Controller System) is a modular field control platform designed for modern railway signalling architectures. The system provides two types of controllers for centralised and distributed architectures. The Multi-Type Object Controller is designed primarily for centralised architectures, where all controllers are located in a single centralised container. The Multi-Type Object Controller is based on the HIMA HIMax safety PLC platform. A single controller can control multiple field elements of different types using the same hardware platform. Key Benefits A single Multi-Type Object Controller can control up to 100 elements of different types. For example, the same controller can support both SCI-LS and SCI-IO interfaces simultaneously. The Multi-Type Object Controller is based on a high-availability system platform in which all critical components are redundant and hot-swappable, supporting reliable operation in demanding railway environments. When required by the customer or system architecture, the controller can also be configured as a dedicated single-type controller.
