YOU PICK IT. WE BUILD IT. Normally, we decide what goes into a blend. This time, you do. Build Your Blend lets you create your own 500g KUKI coffee by making three simple choices. Pick your base, choose your feature coffee, then decide how much of that feature you want in the final cup. We've done the hard part. We've found great coffees, roasted them properly and given you some seriously good pieces to play with. You just decide how they come together. START WITH YOUR BASE This is the foundation of your build. Pick the coffee you want everything else built around. BRAZIL Sweet, smooth and familiar. A really approachable espresso base that gives your feature coffee plenty of room to do its thing. KENYA Brighter, fruitier and a little more lively. Choose this base if you want to start your build with more character before you've even added the feature. PICK YOUR FEATURE Now things get interesting. We've picked three feature coffees, each capable of taking your build in a completely different direction. ESTATE 2 | COLOMBIA | THE CROWD PLEASER Cacao, red fruits and banana. Sweet and interesting without taking your coffee too far from home. KARAMO | ETHIOPIA | THE FUNKY ONE Rum & raisin, winey fruit cake and tropical fruit. Big, funky and definitely not here to play it safe. CATURRA BEER HOPS | COLOMBIA | THE HERO Kiwi, tamarind, lemongrass, lulo and strawberry. Bright, unusual and the feature for anyone who wants to see just how interesting their build can get. HOW FAR DO YOU WANT TO TAKE IT? This is where you decide how much influence your feature coffee has on the final cup. EASY | 80% BASE / 20% FEATURE A little feature. Plenty of familiarity. ADVENTURE | 70% BASE / 30% FEATURE More character, while keeping everything nicely balanced. WILD | 60% BASE / 40% FEATURE Let the feature coffee take over. THEN WE TAKE OVER. Once you've made your choices, we'll roast and put your build together here at KUKI. Your 500g bag gets its own Build label, handwritten Build No. and Build Card showing exactly what went into it. There's no single best combination. That's the whole idea. You dream it. We roast it.
