Like Numbers 1 and 2, it's from our longstanding Italian suppliers. This caviar is a wonderfully decadent way to elevate your canapes. Or just spoon it down. 50g would give you two decent servings or would still be meaningful spread across 15 handsome canapes. Wild sturgeon are endangered, which is why we only deal in farmed caviar.
