2025 Undercurrent Madame Marmalade
A heady nose of orange marmalade, bergamot, rose petals and a hint of spice. The palate shows orange, a hint of ginger and lightly toasted nuts. A structure wine but with fine grain and moderate tannins. 100% Gewurztraminer (skin fermented). Nicknamed “Madame Marmalade” because of the bergamot and marmalade aromas and flavours that comes from skin fermentation.
