Price is for: 1 Handrail Mount with set screw for a nice Slip-Fit over your 1" rail Post. 4 concrete anchors and 1 snap cosmetic cover Works on your 1" square posts/banisters- Hollow or Solid. Cut off the bad part, fill with a strong bonding agent, tighten set screw, bolt the plate down and Done! Please note: Rails need to be removable for a successful install, and all repair brackets come with instructions. What's included in the Kit: 1 Rail boot- 4 anchor bolts and base cover. You will need to drill a 5/16" hole. Used in concrete, stone & brick. Base plate: 3 " with (4) 3/8" holes for bolting down and help to cover up any existing holes in the concrete. Square Tube: 4" High welded to base plate. A 1" EXISTING Railing Post-Banister pockets INSIDE the Square tube. Tighten set screw. These repair mounts accept a 1” post. Inside them. Hollow square tube metal posts or solid square steel posts They will not fit a 1 ¼” post inside them. They will not fit a 1 ½” post inside them and a 1 ½” post will not fit over this mount. Use of these railing repair brackets require the rail to be out of the concrete to be installed properly. ALL Finishes are Primed and painted Black. We offer these in primer only as well.
