A creamy blue-veined cheese from Appleby Creamery, made from milk sourced from farms around Cumbria. This medium-soft cheese is rich and velvety, with a subtle contrast of flavour from its tangy blue veining. As it matures, the texture becomes even smoother and the flavours deepen, making it perfect for cheeseboards, melting into sauces, or pairing with fruit and crackers. Made from pasteurised milk and suitable for vegetarians.
