Agrimontana Candied Half Apricots (Mezze Albicocche Candite) are soft apricot halves, pitted before candying and preserved in a light syrup. The fruit is selected and packed by hand, creating large, attractive pieces of candied apricot for pastry and specialty baking. Use them whole or cut to size in panettone, plumcake, cakes, tarts, pastries and enriched doughs, or pair them with chocolate for desserts and decoration.
