NAKR is Maison Legris’ special oyster from Lilia, Brittany. Suspended in tidal currents using the grower’s patented system, it develops dense, crisp flesh. Briny and vegetal notes give way to a gentle sweetness reminiscent of scallops. Legris oysters are grown by Maison Legris in the Lilia Archipelago, Brittany, where the Aber Wrac’h meets the Atlantic. Their briny, mineral flavour carries gentle vegetal and chestnut notes. Patient tending over more than three years produces a deep, sturdy shell.
