Usually, cabin fever means you've been stuck inside too long. We think we've had it backward. Our version of Cabin Fever is the feeling that you've been away from the cabin too long. The sudden need for cold mornings, worn wood, a fire going somewhere nearby, and absolutely nowhere you need to be. Warm ginger, dry wood, resinous palo santo, and a little smoke give Cabin Fever all the familiar warmth and spice of gingerbread, without the sweetness.
