TCG Takeover: The Motor Enclave (Vendors)

🏎️ TCG TRADE-N-PLAY AT THE MOTOR ENCLAVE Cards. Cars. Racing. Trading. TCG Trade-N-Play is taking over The Motor Enclave for another first-of-its-kind TCG event! Join us at one of Tampa Bay's most unique event destinations for a full day combining the TCG community with an incredible motorsports experience. 📅 Saturday, September 26 ⏰ 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM 📍 The Motor Enclave 6500 Motor Enclave Way Tampa, FL 33610 Built around a 1.6-mile performance driving circuit, The Motor Enclave features a high-end event center, beautiful trackside lounge, racing experiences and an incredible setting unlike anything we've used before. We'll also have some incredible cars on display as we bring together cards, cars, racing and the TCG community for one huge day. 🎟️ VENDOR TABLES — $225 All vendor tables are 6-foot tables. Section A — Main Level: $225 Section B — Overlook Level: $225 All vendor tables are priced equally. Vendors may select their preferred available table location when booking. 🏁 ONE EVENT — TWO CONNECTED LEVELS The Motor Enclave event occupies two connected levels of the same event space. Section A is located on the main event level. Section B is located on the upper overlook level. The upper vendor area is open to and overlooks the main event floor, and is visible from the main entrance and throughout the event space. This is not a separate ballroom or secondary event room. Stairs at both ends of the venue create a natural circulation loop between the levels, and we'll be programming activities and experiences throughout the property to keep attendees moving through the entire event all day. The upper level also connects through The Motor Enclave's beautiful trackside lounge and provides access to the Virtual Racing Academy, where guests can jump into racing simulators and race around The Motor Enclave circuit. 🔥 MORE THAN A CARD SHOW Approximately 150 TCG vendor tables Incredible cars on display Virtual Racing Academy & racing simulators Trackside lounge overlooking the circuit Kids Shopping Spree Rip Cam Prizes & giveaways Scavenger Hunt & interactive activities TCG tournaments & play Professional event photography & social media coverage FREE parking 📋 VENDOR INFORMATION All vendor tables are 6 feet. Table placement is based on the specific table selected at checkout. Vendor tables are non-transferable without prior approval from TCG Trade-N-Play. Vendors must provide a clean, professional table covering. Vendors are responsible for their merchandise and personal property throughout the event. All vendors must be fully set up before doors open to attendees. This is a family-friendly event. Vendor merchandise, displays and conduct must be appropriate for a family audience. Detailed load-in, parking and event-day instructions will be emailed to registered vendors prior to the event. 📸 PHOTO & MEDIA NOTICE Photography and video recording will take place throughout the event. By participating as a vendor, you acknowledge that you and your booth may appear in photography, video, social media content and promotional materials produced by M&M Video Games and TCG Trade-N-Play.
