Update International's Super Steel stock pots are constructed of stainless steel with a heavy duty 3-ply bottom consisting of two layers of stainless steel surrounding a 5 mm thick aluminum core. This results in extra strength and allows for superior heat distribution. All models may be used with induction cookers, making this one of the most versatile lines of stainless steel pots available.
