About the Mentor: Lynn Han Founder of LHBM Education Consultancy Lynn Han is the founder of LHBM Education Consultancy and has spent her career teaching people how good businesses work. As a former IBDP (International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme) Business Management teacher at Anglo-Chinese School (Independent), with training from SMU’s Lee Kong Chian School of Business and NTU’s National Institute of Education, she breaks complex strategy down into clear, practical decisions. Since founding LHBM in 2024, Lynn has coached IBDP Business Management students to top grades of 6 and 7 at both Higher and Standard Level, and written bylined features for EdgeProp Singapore that support multi-million-dollar property deals. Today she brings the same strategic rigour to founders and their families, helping them sharpen their offer, understand their customer, and tell their story in a way that sells. Her belief is simple: Everything starts with great teaching, and business done right, can change the world.
