Beef Tenderloin. Please read details before placing order

The eye of the beef tenderloin, chateaubriand, ships frozen. All roasts are approximately 2.25lbs (36oz). PLEASE READ ALL THE BELOW INFORMATION BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER: During checkout, you will be prompted to select your pickup or shipping date. The shipping date is the date the order will ship from the farm. Orders are shipped frozen in insulated boxes with ice packs. Seasonal offerings will be available beginning November 3rd. Transit Times: Orders shipped to locations in California that are south of Bakersfield are in transit for 1 day. Orders shipped to locations in California that are north of Bakersfield are in transit for 2 days. All other locations outside of California are in transit for 2 business days. The Small Details: * Roasts are non-refundable and it's really hard for us to swap sizes as the date gets closer because of limited inventory. If you are not sure how many guests you will be cooking for, it's always better to go bigger and have leftovers than to order a smaller bird and hope to get a larger one later. * Promotional discounts and/or recurring based subscription discounts do not apply to holiday offerings * To calculate size of roast, you'll want approximately 6-8oz per person (there are 16oz to a lb)
