Postmarked Christmas - 30 Layered Collage Junk Journal Pages

Postmarked Christmas - 30 richly detailed Christmas collage pages, each one built like a finished junk journal spread: a painted Christmas scene set into torn, layered vintage ephemera - old handwritten letters, sheet music, a French postcard with its postmark and stamp, a black-and-white photo taped down with washi tape, paper lace doilies, crochet lace, raised white snowflakes, a kraft tag on twine, a ribbon bow and a red wax seal, with poinsettias, pine, pinecones and holly tumbling over the corners. Cozy country Christmas in distressed red and cream with deep fir green: an old red truck bringing home the tree, Santa answering his letters with a sleeping puppy beside him, a red barn, a horse-drawn sleigh, a candlelit farmhouse, a snow globe, a train depot, woodland animals and more. Each page carries a little piece of sheet music titled with a classic Christmas carol.
