To say Dom's career has been illustriuos would be a vast understatement - following stints under arguably the regions very best - Oakridge & Giant Steps... Dom fled to the spiritual home of Riesling to better understand it's true potential - the Rheingau. Under some of the region’s hallmark producers, Josef Lietz and Geog Breuer, Dom enjoyed his eureka moment - an insight into varied ferments to produce layers in to his wines.
