Named after the founder of Kentucky's first commercial distillery, Evan Williams is the second largest selling Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey in the US and the world, and made with a time-honoured recipe, distilled and then carefully aged for a smooth and rich taste. Evan Williams Single Barrel Bourbon is handcrafted and specially selected by the Master Distillers and is their most premium and decorated Bourbon. Caramel popcorn and butter on the nose, faint vanilla and spicy pepper underneath. On the palate, the spice is tamed by sweetness and oak. Touches of cinnamon and clove give it a gorgeous backbone. The finish is long, with wood, oak and warming spice. Take it on its own, with a large ice cube.
