The bag locks with a built-in, patented Arcolock-7® keyed lock, and is equipped with a Vina-Hide hood over the lock which can be secured with a padlock (padlock not included). Ideal for keeping contents flat when transporting ballot papers. Heavy duty wheels can handle a variety of surfaces.
