A distinctive artisan loaf, baked fresh at Pantry d’Or and available in Rotorua exclusively from our bakery. Rēwena Sourdough is a uniquely Kiwi classic, made with a traditional potato starter. Our Rēwena Sourdough Bread brings together the character of traditional Rēwena-style bread with the depth of a naturally fermented sourdough. The result is a loaf with a beautifully developed crust, soft yet satisfying crumb and a rich, slightly tangy flavour. Perfect for toast, sandwiches, grazing boards or simply enjoyed fresh with butter. Pantry d’Or is the only place in Rotorua where you can buy this loaf.
