Brazil, Espigão - Filter
Grown on Fazenda Espigão in Brazil’s Cerrado Mineiro region, this Catuai lot comes from producer Gil Cesar de Melo, at elevations of 1,000 – 1,200 masl. Naturally processed with anaerobic fermentation, Espigão offers a softer, more nuanced expression of Brazilian coffee. In the cup, ripe pear brings gentle fruit sweetness, followed by the creamy, comforting flavours of cashew and milk chocolate. A smooth, rounded texture and balanced profile keep everything clean and composed. Approachable yet quietly complex, Espigão is a beautifully balanced filter coffee that reveals more as it cools, a familiar, comforting cup with plenty of character.
