PRIVATE EVENT: REGISTRATION REQUIRED FOR ENTRY There is no cost to attend for approved registrants and their registered guests. Join us for Cars & CEOs: Porsche vs. Ferrari, a curated morning built around one of the greatest rivalries in automotive history, held inside a private gated car condo community in West Delray Beach. Two legendary marques. Two very different philosophies. One private automotive setting. Porsche and Ferrari will take center stage throughout The Paddock, surrounded by an approved collection of exotic and extraordinary vehicles. Guests will enjoy European-inspired specialty coffees, breakfast bites and treats, private access to the car condo community, and just enough competition to make things interesting. And yes, all approved exotic vehicles are welcome. You don't need to own a Porsche or Ferrari to choose a side. PORSCHE vs. FERRARI This one is supposed to be competitive. FEATURED CARS & TROPHIES A limited number of exceptional Porsche and Ferrari vehicles will receive featured placement based on rarity, specification, historical interest and presentation. At the conclusion of the morning, two custom Cars & CEOs trophies created specifically for this event will be presented to the Top Porsche and Top Ferrari. WHEN Saturday, October 3, 2026 Arrival: 9:00 AM WHERE Private Gated Car Condo Community West Delray Beach, FL The exact location and gate instructions will be provided only to approved registrants prior to the event. VEHICLE APPROVAL & ENTRY All vehicles are individually reviewed and will be staged within the secured property. Porsche and Ferrari vehicles are encouraged, and other approved exotic vehicles listed in the registration dropdown are welcome. No walk-ins. No spectators. No unapproved vehicles. All attendees must arrive in their approved registered vehicle. Attendance is intentionally limited. Please register only if you are certain you can attend. COMMUNITY COMMITMENT Cars & CEOs regularly participates in local community initiatives throughout the year. This experience is a private Cars & CEOs event and is not a fundraiser or charitable solicitation. WAIVER Assumption of Risk: I understand that attending the Event involves certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury and property damage. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my attendance and participation. Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, and discharge Cars & CEOs, the Condo Owners of The Paddock, the property owners, Big Apple Pet Supply, Inc., and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, and affiliated entities from any and all liability arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury while attending or participating in the Event. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless all entities listed above from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorneys fees, that they may incur due to my actions or participation in the Event. Medical Treatment: I consent to receive medical treatment in the event of an emergency and understand that I am responsible for any medical costs incurred. Compliance with Rules: I agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by event staff and understand that failure to comply may result in removal from the Event. Photography and Video Release: I grant Cars & CEOs permission to use photographs and video recordings taken during the Event for promotional purposes, without compensation or further approval. Acknowledgement: By registering for the Event, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this waiver and release of liability, and I voluntarily agree to its terms. All registrations are non-transferable. Event is rain or shine.
