Rugged Duck Adventure Race OCTOBER 2026

The Rugged Duck Adventure Race is a month-long virtual race powered by the RaceJoy app, with courses designed to showcase some of Knoxville’s best places to bike, run, and paddle—including Haw Ridge, Concord Park, and South Knoxville. This year’s challenge features three roughly 10-mile mountain bike courses, three mostly trail-based 5K runs, and three 3–5 mile paddling routes. Complete the courses whenever it works for you throughout the month of October, exploring a different corner of Knoxville along the way.
