Filiformis Tracyi

Drosera Tracyi – The Giant Thread-Leaf Sundew Drosera Tracyi is one of those sundews that produces tall, upright, thread-like leaves covered from top to bottom in glistening sticky tentacles, almost like a bundle of shimmering green fly-catching fishing lines. 🪰 Compared with the more familiar Drosera Filiformis, Tracyi is generally a larger, greener-looking plant, with wonderfully long leaves that can create a spectacular upright display when mature. In good light, those leaves become absolutely covered in sparkling dew! Like other temperate thread-leaf sundews, it has a seasonal growth cycle and will normally die back into a resting bud during winter, before bursting back into growth when warmer weather returns.
