For ‘Orange Pur,’ seven mysterious varieties of white grapes spend three weeks on their skins, which is quite a long time to spend pulling texture, tannin, and punchy colour. The result is a plush, structured & intensely fragrant potion that smells like kiwi, bracing green apple, persimmon in its paper holder, rosehips kept in a pink pouch for witchy, confidence-building reasons, blood orange soda & just a pinch of pink peppercorn.
