Interpret ISO 22301 requirements from an implementer's perspective. Initiate and plan a BCMS implementation using PECB's IMS2 Methodology and other best practices. Apply best practices to support the effectiveness and improvement of the BCMS. Interpret the requirements for an ISO 22301 certification audit. WHAT THE SESSIONS COVER Session 1: Introduction to ISO 22301 and initiation of a BCMS: standards and regulatory frameworks, fundamental concepts, the organization and its context, BCMS scope, leadership and commitment. Session 2: BCMS implementation plan: business continuity policy, risks, opportunities and objectives, support, risk assessment, business impact analysis. Session 3: BCMS implementation: continuity strategies and solutions, continuity plans and procedures, incident and emergency response, exercise programs, evaluation of documentation and capabilities. Session 4: Performance evaluation, continual improvement and certification audit preparation: monitoring and measurement, internal audit, management review, nonconformity treatment, audit preparation.
