Healifeco Infrared Sauna Blanket

The Healifeco Infrared Sauna Blanket brings deep, full-body far infrared heat to your home. Lie down, zip in, and give sore muscles, stiff joints and a busy mind 30 minutes to unwind, without booking a spa or driving to a gym sauna. An at-home infrared sauna for recovery and relaxation A traditional sauna heats the air around you. This portable sauna blanket wraps far infrared heat directly around your body, so the warmth builds from shoulders to feet while the air at your face stays comfortable. Use it after a workout, after a long day at a desk, or in the evening to wind down before sleep. Whole-body heat: 36,000 carbon heating wires spread warmth evenly, with no hot or cold spots. Adjustable temperature: set it anywhere from 86°F to 176°F (30–80°C) and choose your session time with the compact remote. Premium PU leather: a durable shell that holds the heat in around you. Waterproof lining: sweat stays on the surface and wipes clean in under a minute. Folds flat: stores in its carry bag under a bed or in a closet. Open size 180 × 90 cm (70.9 × 35.4 in). Free Healifeco AcuMat with every blanket Every order includes a free Healifeco AcuMat ($99.90 value). After your sauna session, lie on it for 10–15 minutes while your muscles are still warm, and let its pressure points release the tension along your back. How to use your sauna blanket Lay it on a bed, couch or floor and let it warm up for about 5 minutes. Wear loose cotton clothing, zip in with your head outside, and start with 30 minutes at a lower temperature. Most people use it 3–4 times a week. Drink water before and after each session.
