Made from hand-picked Sauvignon Blanc grapes that have been fermented with indigenous yeast, this Sancerre Blanc 2022 is a beautifully balanced, expressive wine that's naturally elegant and complex. Lovely (but never overpowering!) herbal notes with layers of mouthwatering green apple and lemon. Sweet hints of dried apple slices and a little peach, with nice minerality, too!
