For more than 20 years, Jono Pandolfi Designs has been creating dinnerware for some of the world’s best restaurants and hotels. Our first VIP Collection brings that restaurant tradition closer to home, with six limited-run collaborations created alongside our NYC restaurant clients, many just across the river from our New Jersey studio. Every piece is hand-glazed and fired by our team of artisans in Union City, NJ, making this collection a celebration of the restaurants and chefs who continue to inspire our work. Chef Enrique Olvera’s acclaimed Cosme has been a defining part of New York’s dining scene for more than a decade. The Conical Bowl has become a pillar of the restaurant’s table settings. It’s used for dishes like aguachile, where the shape helps keep ingredients marinating together at the bottom of the bowl until the last bite.
