Hexagon Anchor: 6-Vertex

Architecture for focused presence. The Hexagon Anchor is a foundational physical instrument engineered with a six-vertex geometry to pace the Box Breathing technique. Hand-calibrated in our Toronto atelier to translate an internal mental cycle into a tangible, tactile rhythm. TACTILE PROTOCOL: The Vertex Press: Press your thumb firmly against each of the 6 vertices in sequence—like a modern prayer bead—to pace the 4-second phases of the Box Breath. The Box Breath Metronome: Trace one vertex for each 4-second phase: Inhale (4s), Hold (4s), Exhale (4s), Hold (4s). The distinct 120° angles deliver a tactile transition point for steady breathing cadence. Symmetric Baseline: Designed for maintaining a consistent state of spatial awareness and daily focus. SENSORY CALIBRATION: 2mm–4mm: Minimalist and discreet. A lightweight structural metronome for continuous daily focus. 6mm–10mm: High-mass presence offering substantial cold-metal weight and tactile stability.
