Amalberga Ciò Ciò 1 Liter NV
Amalberga was founded in 2017 by Dario de Pascale and Gloria Battista in Carovigno, Puglia. Ciò Ciò is a field blend of Negroamaro, Ottavianello, Susumaniello, Verdeca and Minutolo; the share of each grape changes from release to release. The grapes are harvested together in early September and co-fermented in stainless steel. It comes in a 1-liter bottle with a crown cap.
