On a tater, with seafood, mixed into breading and batter, on chicken or popcorn or in dips. It's nearly perfect in every way. Originally called Delicious Crab & Shrimp Seasoning, this combination of 18 herbs and spices were too good for shellfish alone, so they renamed it Old Bay. The new name was a nod to the old steamship line that traveled across the Chesapeake Bay throughout the early 1900's. I think Old Bay pairs exceptionally well with chicken. And butter. So that's what's on this pizza, along with some green pepper and red onion. This pizza is so simple, but has some big bold familiar flavors. I hope you love this totally brand new pizza.
