Shop the Classroom! Editable Math Classroom Percent Discount Sale Tags

Students shop your classroom, finding sales prices of 20 items that you choose! Place tags on your computer, the bulletin board, the pencil sharpener, etc. Students move from item to item calculating the sale prices. View preview Included inside: Editable sales tags in PowerPoint 2 activity worksheets The first activity asks students to find sale prices of items given an original price and a percent discount that you set. The second activity asks students to find discounts and final prices when an additional conditional coupon is applied towards items over $100. The tags are editable in PowerPoint, and you can type the prices before printing (In the cover photo, I had chosen to write prices and discount percentages by hand). My students enjoy this activity because it gets them out of their seats and using a skill that is necessary to develop for real-world shopping skills.
