We've been sourcing from Guatemala since 2015, when Chris Baca, Jared Truby, and Charles Jack made their first trip and started building relationships there. Rosalío Martínez has farmed for 25+ years, tending about 7 hectares across nine plots in Antigua – the kind of longevity and care that shows up in the cup. His coffee comes to us through Bella Vista, a mill led by fourth-generation producer and agronomist Luis Pedro Zelaya Zamora, whose team is also pushing toward regenerative agriculture and healthier soil.
