Already Home: Stories of a Seeker

When I finished my first book in 2008, I discovered that I had more to say! I didn’t want to stop writing, so—I didn’t. This second book emerged. It was a harder and deeper birthing. I had to face issues on a deeper and different level. It was profoundly healing for me to work my way through this process. This book, Already Home, integrates the voice of my personal memoir along with my teaching voice. It has three sections in it: What Was, What Is, What Might Be. Part One continues the journey into personal narrative and creative non-fiction. Parts Two and Three use my teaching voice, where I explain the teachings of living yoga—Body, Practice, Mind, Heart, Calling, Spirit, Home. It has been described as “Insightful, helpful, touching and deep.”
