Nina contains 100% Riesling fruit, and is only produced in years that natural botrytis occurs. Each grape cluster is carefully chosen and picked by hand to ensure that the best botrytis berries are selected. Our 2026 vintage contains 60% botrytis affected fruit. A beautifully concentrated vintage, offering delicate aromas of white blossom and an elegantly balanced palate of ripe white peach and apricot.
