Movement Function Academy Certification

Most people measure how they move, not what their joints can actually handle. As a teacher, you feel stuck, because there is always someone who can’t squat without their knees complaining, shoulders popping louder than a Snoop Dogg beat, and the back pain that improves, then screams the moment you load it. So you keep adapting, never changing outcomes. That's because you’re addressing the symptom, not the limitation. This certification teaches you to identify the exact location of the block, why it occurs, and how to expand load tolerance and movement capacity. That’s the difference between managing bodies and transforming them, which is why the M.F.A community calls it the manual for the human body. For Pilates teachers, physiotherapists and personal trainers That muscle tightness that keeps coming back, no matter what you release, stretch, or strengthen. That’s a joint blocking their strength. A 16-hour certification that teaches you to unlock the range that isn’t moving and expand what your clients can do, so they tolerate more load with less recovery. No, this is not another mobility certification. It is where you learn to optimise human function Accreditation: NPCP - 16 NASM - 1.6 CEUs AFAA - 1.6 CEUs Ausactive - 9 CPDs REPS UAE - 6 CECs PAA - 6 CPD Course Delivery Structure A 6 hour immersive live session (theory and practical), delivered face-to-face Access to an exclusive, pre-programmed graduate library, with a guided roadmap I’ve created to help you integrate this work into your classes, without having to figure it out alone.
