Trim and level cakes easily with this adjustable cake leveler Great for using on cakes of all shapes; ideal for leveling and torting cakes that are 10 in. and smaller. Cake leveler adjusts up to 2 in. high. Handle provides stability for even cutting; flat, hard plastic feet provide stability and slide easily across work surface. To use: Measure the height you need on the leveler, starting from the feet up; position wire into notches at desired height; with plastic feet standing on work surface, cut into edge of cake using sawing motion. Cake leveler measures 12 in. (30.4 cm) wide and 6.25 in. (15.8 cm) high; wire adjusts up to 2 in. (5 cm) high. Material: Leveler and wire are metal; handle is plastic.
