Moroccan Daisy | Rhodanthemum hosmariense 'Zagora Orange'
Flowering in abundance from the end of spring through to autumn, 'Zagora Orange' boasts peachy-orange, daisy-like flowers that elevate the garden wherever they're found. The flowers are borne on stems emerging from a mound of bushy, fern-like foliage, which glistens silvery-green in the sunlight. A big hit with pollinating insects like bees and butterflies, 'Zagora Orange' makes a lovely addition to wildlife gardens (as well as coastal and cottage gardens). Native to Morocco and Algeria, this rhodanthemum is used to drier terrain and displays great drought-tolerance once established. Hardy and easy to look after, if you're looking for a low-maintenance, no-hassle perennial plant, 'Zagora Orange' is a good choice.
